Two builds for a pelvic & orthopedic physiotherapy practice running two Lagos clinics: a patient-facing website that replaced their WordPress site, and a greenfield EMR designed around how the clinicians actually work.

The website — taforehab.com

• Online appointment booking and a direct WhatsApp chat path — the two ways Lagos patients actually reach a clinic.
• Services, locations, resources, and jobs — a full practice presence, fast and SEO-ready.
• Replaced a slow WordPress install with a static-fast Next.js build.

The EMR — emr.taforehab.com

• Patient records, appointment scheduling, and clinical documentation, built from scratch for this practice rather than bent from a generic system.
• Postgres-backed, with the day-two concerns — migrations, audit trails, access control — designed in from the start.
